The specs for this new apartment complex called for emergency access between the apartment buildings. There was also a requirement for fire lane areas in the connecting areas to the apartment buildings. The architectural specs also called for a more aesthetically pleasing look.
Because of the large expanse of Grasscrete installed, the Fully Concealed System was selected to easily match and augment all of the other grassy areas adjacent to the many areas of installation. Thus the overall aesthetics of the landscape architecture was easily matched and the results are very pleasing to the eye.
